My husband and I just celebrated our first wedding anniversary. How many of us are there?
BTW -- we don't know any straight couples whose marriages have ended since we got married, but three guys in my office proposed to their girlfriends since then, two within a month of our marriage. It's a tiny statistical sample, but it looks like perhaps that saw about gay marriage destroying straight marriages has it in reverse. Apparently the desire for two gay men to fly to another country to marry caused these straight couples to see greater value in marriage than they had before, and they've taken the plunge.

My husband and I got married in Toronto two years ago after 17 years together. We liked it so much, we moved from San Francisco to Toronto last June!

Married (in our own sense of the word) on July 20, 2001. But, we've been registered as a domestic partnership with the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles and State of California since the fall of 1999.

I found that our commitment ceremony and the reception, etc. was so good for many of our straight friends - one of whom said, "I didn't know it wasn't legal for you guys to get married." It also did wonders for my family even though they wouldn't come to the reception (the ceremony was private, us and two friends).
